What is the job-or-full-refund promise?

If SkillBridge Uganda cannot provide the suitable job covered by your application, the full application fee is refundable. Employer details, suitability and available places are confirmed by the team during placement support. A payment does not create an employment contract.

What does the application fee cover?

The displayed one-time fee covers application review, placement support and connection to the relevant local job. Saving an application is free. Mobile-money transfer charges are separate. Review the job-or-full-refund terms before paying.

How do I apply?

Choose a job and tap View job. Create your free phone-and-password account, add your practical skills, then follow the payment instructions. Send the displayed fee only to Airtel Money 0732107296, SIMON MADUMA. Tap I have paid to upload your screenshot and transaction details. After team verification, tap Open my chat and messages.

How do I know whether a place is available?

The team confirms employer availability during placement support. Where a remaining opening count is supplied, it appears on the job. We do not invent vacancy counts. If we cannot provide the suitable job covered by your application, the full application fee is refundable.

Can I pay using MTN or Airtel?

Use your MTN or Airtel mobile-money service to send the displayed application fee to Airtel Money 0732107296. Check the recipient name is SIMON MADUMA, our designated payment agent. Your operator may charge a transfer fee. This website does not collect your PIN or offer card payments.

When can I talk to the team?

After our team verifies your payment, tap Open my chat and messages in My applications or I already paid. Read our messages and reply with text. The team can send text or voice notes; applicants reply with text. We respond when available.
